Shareholders wishing to propose a resolution for consideration at the 2026 AGM should refer to the requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), including section 249N. Any such request must be received by the Company no later than 8 September 2026 to be considered for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting for the 2026 AGM.
